Template for Mailing Insert
The following document is a mailing insert template being provided to assist MCC member organizations in communicating the importance of tobacco cessation and in providing cessation references.
Members may use the template in organizational mailings such as insurance billings and paychecks, or as advertisements in newsletters and other publications. The template can be modified to fit space requirements of a given mailing or publication. (Click here to go to the template.)
Suggestions for Using the Template
Before printing, consider inserting the name of your organization at the bottom of each paragraph. For example, "The Michigan Osteopathic Association is a member of the Michigan Cancer Consortium."
If you are using the template to create a mailing insert, consider printing the document on colored paper to draw attention to it.
After printing the number of copies desired, simply use a paper cutter to separate the inserts for a standard business size envelope.
