These stories highlight the many ways that WISEWOMAN Lifestyle Counselors have been successful at getting their clients to eat healthier, increase their physical activity, quit smoking, or improve their overall health and health of their families. There are also stories about successful partnerships, successful grant applications and other great ways that Michigan’s WISEWOMAN Program is serving women across the state.
Success Stories can be used as ideas and inspiration by other Lifestyle Counselors in developing new programming ideas. They can also be used by public health officials and local media as a way to increase program visibility and, when appropriate, acknowledge community partners.
If you would like to share your client or community success, please fill out the Success Story Form (below) and Release Form (if applicable). You will be able to review your story before it is posted to the website.
